For normal daily driving, just a set of springs should be fine. For more aggressive driving and/or tracking, IMHO definately get coilovers. Coilovers allow your car to be corner-weighted so it handles the same whether it's making a left or a right turn. Also, with a set of Ground-Control's, you can select ride height and they'll work with you and personalize your spring rates for your purposes/setup. The cost is 400 per set, but it's well worth it considering it's only about 150 more than a set of springs that offer no corner-weighting abilities and 'already-set' spring rates.
