You can install the throwing star covers yourself but will need to have the correct bolts-I believe the turbine covers use a different length bolt.As for touching up the wheels-buy Wurth silver wheel paint and Wurth clear laquer-the color is a perfect match.Of course your best bet is to have the wheels refinished for about $100 each.
