retrofit keyless remote (archive)

has anyone tried retrofitting this?
I believe mine has the wiring in trunk.
is there anything else needed besides the brain & remotes?
any feelings as to how much a used brain is worth ($$) ?

or will this be a headache and mess up any existing electrical system and be a waste of time & money.
