91 M5 Conforti Chip vs. 91 Octane!!!! (archive)

I've a 91 M5 and thinking of installing a Conforti Chip but around here I can only get the 91 octane fuel.
Can I run properly with a 91 oct fuel?
Will there be any problems running on that fuel?
What if I put an octane booster with that fuel?
