Forgive my naivete', but this is a major undertaking. Can I assume that you are a professional with access to major capital equipment such as a machine shop, BMW diagnostic computer facilities, ROM burner, a dynomometer, ...? Have you ever developed a SC kit before, and if so for which car(s)?
