Of course it depends how "upgradeable" the kit would be the kind if increase your talking about could be achieved at 8 lbs with a decient intercooler. Lets say after you get it and decied to bump up the boost to lets say 15lb (or more), granted if they included, or had avialable, injectors capable of delivering fuel at that boost level that would be enticing.

Folks:

I have continued the search for the elusive E34 M5 SC. Talked with one of the Roundel advertisers, Race Marque Systems. They have various M kits including a $5K kit that I am looking at for the E30 M3. Anyway, they could be interested in development of a kit for the E34 if:

1) We could gather at least 5 owners willing to commit (approx $6K each, 100 to 140 HP gain).
2) We could find a car someone would be willing to offer as a development mule in the Van Nuys, CA area (owner gets a deal) I could truck mine from NH if this is the final sticking point.

The only existing kit that we have been able to identify comes from Europe and lists for $13.5K USD ..... OUCH!
