The other option is the M parallel spoke 37 wheel. Came on the 1995 Euro M5, the 850CSi and, most recently, on the 740i Sport and then on all E38s. The offsets are a little different E34 to E38, but the E38 wheel fits the E34 nicely. Different finishes also.

I am looking to replace the rims on my 1995 540i and am not interested in wheels that do not take my vehicles original design into consideration (wheel performance and looks taken into account, here). I have always like the wheels that come on the M5/540iSport/E34 and would like to buy some in good shape, used. If anyone knows where I can find, please let me know. Thanks. I have included a link to a website that displays this rim beautifully!
