WTB - Used M5 motor + cylinderhead complete (archive)

I have an opportunity to buy a 1993 M5, but without an engine. Everything else is present and correct. The asking price is £5,000. The car has service history, has covered 91,000 miles. Does this sound a reasonable price? All opinions appreciated.

Any ideas where I might start to look for this?
