Just got M5 but.... (archive)

Just got my very own 93 euro M5 with 192,000 kilometres on it. Like most people I am amazed by it's performance and I intend to keep it for a while.
Alas I have a few problems i wonder if any one can help?

1. There is a rattle comming from the engine bay area when i turn the car off. It, the rattle, does not occur if i depress the clutch when I turn the car off.

2. When I drive, there is an intermittent squeak that sounds like it is coming from the airconditioner fan belt. It seems to stop when I turn the a/c off. This noise becomes a longer lasting shreak when driving purposefully.

3. Under the car there seem to be an oil leak coming from the joint between the propeller shaft and the gear box. If this is a common fault does any one know the part number for the seal.

4. What kind of oil do I use for the rear differential?
5. Does anyone know the part number for the //M5 embossed door sills?

6. I have the factory spec C/d and radio tuner combo but the c/d cartridge is missing, anyone know where I can find a replacement?

I know this is a long list but anyhelp will be greatly appreciated as here in Lagos, Nigeria the cannot be more than 3 or 4 m5s.
