I've been using it for some time, it is now called TWS Motorsport, still 10W-60 but there were a few changes made from the original RS that was offered prior.

It is only available through BMW or Porsche dealerships as far as I am aware. It is specific to the first group of E39 M5's produced and several Porsche models.
