'91 (E34) M5 Service Rec. in Houston (archive)

I just bought a '91 M5 with 37k mi. It appears to have very good factory service records. I want to maintain this vehicle so it gives me years of pleasure, but I don't want to open an account with a dealer. Does anyone know of a good mechanic shop in Houston, TX that is M5 savy? I have done a lot of my own mech. work in the past on japanese and american cars. Can anyone recommend repair manuals and information to help me do this?

Also, what is the best way to go about making sure all of the service bulletins have been applied to this car and all of the recall issues have been taken care of, like the 2nd gear synchro problem I have read about?
