The antenna wire is connected to the rear window via an amplifier and signal strength box that switches between 2 different antennas, If I remember correctly all in one box behind the left rear interior light.

PS. the 20 pin connector you asked about might be the CD changer pre-wire. I think early cars had a separate connector, later cars had a single connector for radio/antenna/amp/power/cd changer.

this is getting frustrating ! i hooked up my stereo and can not figure out how to hook up the antenna to it ? cant seem to find it !!!!! i assume the antenna is in the rear glass on the top 2 wires, but is it connected to with a wire to the back of the stereo ? i have a 91 euro m5 incase that matters. thanks in advance !
