I'm closing the deal on a very low milage '93 model here in Germany which is in phenomenal overall condition except for some minor dents on the front right fender near the turn signal lens. (See photo.)
The car is finished in Daytona Violet (283), and my inclination is to just seal the deal and have this repaired later in the summer; however, I don't know how difficult and/or expensive it might be to have this done, given the unusual paint scheme properties. Are the Perlcolor paints applied in much the same fashion as any other metallic, or is this a more costly proposition? Obviously, there is a big difference between a $200 repair and a $2,000 one -- I'm just trying to figure out where this one might fall into line.
Many thanks for any input!
