I have a Euro M6 with a Dinan 3.8 stroker with 120K mi on it. I called Frank Fahey and they quoted me a ballpark 12-15K to rebuild the entire motor, including top end work, and R/R all parts including install/assembly. That sounds expensive, but they claim they do a lot of special stuff (like epoxy the block water passageways). I'm pretty sure Dinan would charge about the same, since it cost me over 12K for my original stroker (just the bottom end) back in 1993 form Dinan, and they did the install in their shop.
