The 90 car has an M20 in it. This engine can be got for ~$500-600 anywhere.

The auto tranny of that era sucked and was very unreliable. 4HP22, I believe. This is worthless! The manual boxes are $350 used.

The diff is an open one and the E30 version had a 4.10 ratio. I guess this might be somewhat useful for some cars. Remember it is not the 4.10 LSD of the E30 M3.

So, not worth $1200.

It's a '90 525i with a good auto. transmission, engine with 120k, and the airbags didn't go out. The back glass was broken so it was rained in. Is it worth $1200?
