Some of the E-32, 7 series use the same caliper and carrier as the E-34, M5. That would make them pretty common. Some have purchased calipers with carriers from the local autoparts store.
You will most likely want to purchase new rotors and pads. I suggest the OE Jurid 547 pads..
Not to dusty, wear well and lots of grip.

E34 M5 3.6 rotor 300mm x 20mm
