I noticed on the board that people's been saying that the M3 rear diffuser won't fit the stock 325is rear bumper. But aren't most of the E36 parts interchangable? If I could fit a set of M3 door mouldings and an M3 instrument cluster on my 325is, why wouldn't the M3 rear diffuser fit my car? What gives?
Also, I've heard that M3s are able to wear wider tires than 325/328s, how come? Does it really come with different (wider) body panels? Or there's just something inherently different between M3s and other 6 cylinder E36s.
Thanks in advance for clearing up my confusion.

Jon
