Can you replace the plastic rear window yourself? (archive)

My 318ic has a zip in rear window that I am looking to replace.
Is this a DIY type thing. The service center said it takes two guys a hour to do it because it is really tight.

Anyone ever change there real window.

I am going to be saving about 2 hours laber.. $170 or so and $75 on the window if I do it myself.
