I just checked Kelly Blue Book (www.kbb.com). The average retail for a '93 325is is $13,850. Also, NADA (www.nada.com) says retail prices are:

Low $13,025
Average $15,100
High $17,750

With that in mind, it's a VERY good price, but I'd be cautious since it is so low.
