Slick 50 (the kind w/teflon) is bad for your engine. With in the first few miles of driving as the teflon goes through your oil filter it starts to plug it up. It also forms around your oil control ring on your piston and starves your cylinder of oil...Slick 50 claims that the teflon bonds to your moving parts but in order for teflon to bond to metal your engine must reach like 3,000 degrees...IMO I defenately would'nt use it....Any gain from the stuff is in your head.
