Picked up one of those free Auto Mart magazines at the gas station today. Erhard BMW in Detroit had a full page ad. They had 2 97 328i's, fully loaded sedans with manuals. One had 35k miles, the other had 25k. Total out of pocket for both was 2,500. 35k mile car was 299 per month, 25k mile car was 369 per month. I recall a similar ad back in Octobor, I had contacted Erhard and the salesman I spoke with said that 3-4 times a year, the manager picks 2-3 used cars and tries to blow them out at super low prices. The exact same two 3 series I saw today were listed 4 weeks ago, only they were almost 100 dollars more per month. I am in the market for a new car, I am graduating from U of M in 7 weeks, and have been trying to find some sort of decent deal so I could coerce my folks (who are under the assumption i should work 5 years and be making 80k + per year before I drive a BMW). My fear is that in 4-6 weeks when I am ready to buy a car, this deal will be over. Is it worth looking into, and do you guys have any suggestions as to my course of action?
