I didn't realize the HK amp had a built in crossover. I thought there was a crossover located in the rear speakers. Regardless, it will be easier to tap into the wires right before the amp, as opposed to getting at them after it. Mille grazie.

: You want to tap into one of the rear outputs BEFORE the amp, not the wires going to the rear speakers. Remember the crossovers in your amp? Those are limiting the frequencies both high and low going to the speakers. The rear headunit outputs will be full range. Go to www.adst.com and look at Upgrade I for the BMW E36. The wire colors are there also.

: I would use the high level inputs on the Bazooka amp, first and if the volume is too low with the level cranked all the way up you may be able to use the low level inputs. I would not use a line level adaptor, they are not necessary and will only add noise.

: : Can anyone who has installed a Bazooka powered subwoofer give me some tips on installation? (As far as electrical as well as mounting). Ideally, I'd like to use the RCA jacks and plug it into the factory amp or head unit, rather than use the high level inputs. The rear speaker wires don't seem easily accessible anyway. I have the factory Harmon Kardon system on my 98. TIA
