Tell the guy at the parts counter to look up the diagrams for the M3 door moldings. On that same page, you'll see the inserts for the logo on the doors. You can buy the M3, M-Technic, Motorsport International, and one other one, I think. However, I believe these are fairly expensive. The installation of the moldings onto your regular E36 is straight forward, however, the M3 moldings have different clips because the moldings are a little larger. They still use the same holes. I would recommend buying new rubber grommets when you install these moldings. As far as the door sills and glove compartment, I don't know.
