Please help, found hanging wire (m) (archive)

Hi,

Today I found a wire hanging from under the
car. It is a yellow plastic peice and it
looks like there is a prob on the end of it.
Two wires are connected to it. I followed
the wires and they come together with wires
which look like they go to the head light
wiring (on the drivers side behind the head
light assembly. I did't know where to plug
it in so I just tucked it in with the other
wires so that it wouldn't hang under the car.
I don't know if this information will help,
but the front bumper was removed recently for
a paint job. Also, all the front lights work.
