There are several 17" sizes that are within a small tolerance of the original diameter.

215/45 - 17
225/45 - 17
235/45 - 17
235/40 - 17
245/40 - 17

There are probibly others as well. As long as the diameter is with 3% of the original you'll be fine. Hope this helps.
