I am posting this again since it got deleted during that fiasco with the leap year. I've noticed that when my engine is off and the car is parked straight ahead and you turn the steering wheel 1/8 to 1/4 turn either to the left or the right you can detect a slight sound like a "click" in the wheel. It is not coming from the rack. Seems to me to be some contact behind the wheel regarding the turn signal detent or maybe the slip ring for the airbag. During normal driving you will not notice it. Others have this too?
