I have recently installed new Michelin Pilot Sports on my car. Same size as I relaced...235/40/17's.
Now as I cut the fronts hard, like while parking, I am hearing,(and seeing), them rub against the rear inside panel in the wheelwell. Now, after only a couple weeks, there is a split in this plastic panel, which makes it very loud as I reverse.
Is this the result of the depth of the new tread only? Tire pressure?
HELP?
