I am considering changing the trans (5 speed) and differential fluid with synthetic fluid. The dealer does not endorse synthetic fluid because BMW does not recommed it. What do you all recommend? What brand?

ps: the car is driven mildly on the street, but I go to 2 or 3 drivers schools per year.
