I think bimmer.org can be posted by anyone
who surfs to this site. IT's the posts that are
repplying that needs to be in check. So whoever wants to repply, needs to
have a registered account, but say thanks to
hotmail.com. geocities.com, yahoo.com, anyone can
have multi e-mail accounts and it could seem
endless of flame wars.

I dunno, i might get flamed to shit again for
suggesting something that might work. Oh well.
