First of all that's bull that they didn't use the template (and didn't fo a good job). you should complain..

I installed my own sideskirts because I don't trust anyone to do this sort of stuff on my car. From what I remember the template is mainly for the purpose of achieving the proper height of the side skirt, no so much the left to right position. I you were to take a sideskirt off and look at the back you would see a running rib in which the "clips" go into. Since this rib runs down the whole sideskirt it is not important the the holes are drilled exactly at the specific left-to-right location as the template. They can be a little to the right, a little to the left, etc...What I would do is take the sideskirt off (just carefully pull it off), take out all the hardware and save it, and re-drill new holes at the proper height close to where the template spacing is (but not too close the the existing "bad" holes).

i>: got a bodyshop to paint skirts and install them, but the holes were drilled a little low; without template. is it possible repair the rockers? or would new rockers have to welded on? any ideas???

: thanx.
