Help, my clock went dead (archive)

Hi, I have a '95 325i and just two days ago the clock display stopped working properly. It still displays the date and time but the read out is very dull (cant see it at all unless you shine some light on it). The tempreture gauge works fine and I checked all the fuses and they were fine as well. Can you guys tell what might be wrong and how much it would cost to fix it.
