I have an ERT S/C on my 92 325i, and it makes a big difference in acceleration. My car w/100k miles will chirp the tires in third with a good clutch. I got mine used, but in hindsight, I probably would have gone with the AA turbo, used. You get a lot more for the $$$, and more torque, which is what the S/C lacks. But, overall-no maintenence, very fast, quiet, and factory looking in the engine bay. Give Karl at AA a call and get on the waiting list for a remanufactured kit, and start saving for a clutch and new tires.

: I am pondering the idea of installing a turbo or supercharger on my 92 325is. Does anybody have any recomendations and/or warnings? I was hooked after driving with a buddy in his 95 turbo M-3. My God What fun. Unfortunatley that is not in my budget. Thanks in advance.
