Need Help/Advice on 95 325is (archive)

Hi,

I saw a pretty clean 95 325is with 67K on it yesterday for $19K. The problem I see oil around the head gasket and it the pet smell drove me crazy but that's another story. Is the leak in the head gasket a big problem? Also there is some oil mixed with dirt on top of the power steering reservior.

The car comes with:
CD changer
Sports Package
On Board Computer
Traction Control

Also the car doesn't have limited slip diff.

Should I make a offer on the car. Thanks.
