The problem, as I understand it, is that the milage isn't kept in the odometer.. It's kept in the computer, as part of the programming. even if you disconnected it at the dash....the milage is just displayed there. It's not kept there. When you took it to the dealer, the correct milage would be displayed when the odometer is reconnected

Maybe somebody like Jim Conforti who knows the programming could do it, but you won't do it in your garage
: does anyone know how to disconnect the digital odometer to keep the mileage down????
