I think Car and Driver tested the Tornado, but it's basically a section of intake plumbing that has spiraled dividers in it that's supposed to make the air inside spin. After installing it on a "Long_term Test Car" they dino-ed it and tested it and found no gains what so ever. It's a gimmick that won't do crap for you except lighten your wallet.

My opinion (and C&D's results).
