I bought my 1996 328i similarly equipped for about the same price. It had 70k miles, but it is two years newer than the one you are describing. I, too, am in Boston. Where is this car? Dealer or private party? Take a look at www.kbb.com for price info, etc.
Obviously, the condition, etc. of the car is paramount.
