'97 328is Extended Warranty Question (archive)

I bought my 328is at 37k miles, and it is under warranty until 50k miles. I want to extend it to 100k, but don't know the best/cheapest means through which to do so. I'll be hitting 50k within a few weeks. First of all, is it worth it? Secondly, how do I keep the cost down? Thanks in advance for any responses....
