That's good news. You probably do not have anything wrong mechanically. It could be that for a moment the car is shifting out of overdrive and as it does the shifts burp up there a bit. Stuff like this happens with some of my cars if I am on level ground or on a slight decline. Transmission doesn't know which way to go and finally decides to move out of overdrive. The GM automatic has an ECU that monitors performance and shifts and even its temperature. A real problem with the unit usually shows up with a trouble code and a lighted indicator on the dash. I wouldn't worry that much about it, but if you are concerned you could have the unit checked for any leaks or low fluid level. Don't let some bozo though rip the unit apart. He'll introduce dirt into it and give you a real headache.
