comments on the h7's.....the pic used is from autodynamic.com. they have the bulbs for $36 plus like $7 shipping. the ones i used weren't the optiblue but instead APC's xenon gas filled (i think that's BS though). im very happy with em and got them for $30.

the h7's are the same bulbs that are used in the new style 5 series (e39 non-HID) for both high beam and low beam.

on a side note, i've already retrofitted (for the second time) 9005 bulbs, which're high beam bulbs 100W, into my low beam housings and haven't had a melting problem. i did this one on my 95 318i with no problems (ran like that for 2 years) and now on my "new" 96 328i.

ps. please dont flame about using 100W high beam bulbs in my low beam housing. the bulbs dont blind people and they aren't aimed high at all (i've done a road test). they look very sharp and are temporary anyways until Eric @ SPP sends me my euro headlights which I got on the group purchase about a few weeks ago.
