there are 3 screws that hold the black panel above your legs....two at the top...and one at the bottom near the center of the car. one you remove those.....the whole thing can be easily taken out. see if this solves the problem....wherever the problem is....put cushioning inbetween the moving areas and make sure to tighten every screw...those puppies get loose and resonate (as the problem you're having). hope this helps............
