The feeling is mutual. Although I have only seen the IS in Lexus commercials, it does look mighty tasty. What's more, is the starting price, 30 g's; that's damn good for a lexus, let alone a car that looks the way the IS does. But, let's not get ahead of ourselves. The e36 has a certain asthetic appeal, which we all appreciate. And, of course, it is a BMW, which is the very definition of sports sedan/coupe. The Lexus is a babe, but the 3 series is the driver's car. Remember, the IS-along with a host of other cars-is a their answer to the 3 series. However, BMW answers to nobody, because they don't have to.
P.S. Why didn't lexus go all out and call it the IS328? Gimme a break, Lexus!
