i looked at a 328 too...but with the crappy calue these cars holds, i got my 94 with 30K miles for 23K$$.
I lowered it, put nice rims on it, stiffer shocks..exhaust, custom intake...

its very plush and luxurious...

i like it a lot. its fairly fast too...
