Just installed M3 engine and tranny! (more) (archive)

About 10 days ago I overreved my 323is and the pistons hammered the valves. This incident helped me make my mind and get the push I needed for the engine conversion. In the weekend with help of some friends (one races a M3ltw.) we changed the engine and tranny (from a '98 M3 15k). Although I still have to do some work on the brains of the car (I am using the 323 ECU it won't start with the M3 ecu).
The difference is BIG! I will keep you guys posted.
