Fix for those fusty E36 Headlight covers - sort of (archive)

I read in Bimmer Magazine (too bad they don't have a Web page) about a problem with the clear headlight covers on E36's getting misty, and had a look at the ones on mine, and come to think of it they were a bit grotty. So, I got out the old reliable Nevr-Dull and gave them a polishing and they were much better. I've used it in the past for rubbing out the odd fizzbomb bike paint job (the only kind I did). Now if Bimmer Magazine were willing to acknowledge the existance of the Internet, they'd have this info.
