I would be more concerned if I were buying a used car and it had a low mileage. Anyway, your main concern should be if the car is a M/T BMW. If it is, you should check if the valves are cracked due to high reving. Thats all I can think of. For such an old car, you should check, Gear box, clutch, breaks, tires, ect. I would recommend a price of $13,000-$14000 for a 1993 BMW. This is in Canadian funds. But since the mileage is so high, you might offer a little bit less.
