problem diferencial 320I E36 (archive)

I have a problem with my 320i E36 when you when beginning to use it
I don't have any noise but in hot when making goes the one behind it begins
problem, seems that you disassembles the differential... and forward
also.. single problem in hot.. Some idea???
Have I taken to 2 mechanic shop and do they tell me that it is normal..?????
