That was my post, all it is, truthfully, is a brass polishing compound (!) that I've used to rub out a motorcycle "fizz-bomb" paint job in the past, so I decided to use it on the outsides of the clear plastic headlight covers on my car. It seems to polish 'em OK, makes them clearer, although the plastic itself isn't hard enough to stay nice for long - after all, it's up there on the front of the car meeting everything first.
