I was just watching a show on TLC called "Eye Spy" about crimes caught on film and such. It focused mainly on closed circuit TV cameras all around English towns which are constantly monitored not only to react to problems, but to antipate them by tracking "troublemakers","suspicious individuals", etc.

As far as I'm concerned, that way too Orwellian for comfort and creepy as hell, but I don't have to live with it, you do. So my question is as follows: How do you feel about these cameras and the men watching you through them, protected or violated?
