It comes down to shorting pin 7 and 19 (double check my pin numbers, Pin 7 is the second one in line furthest away from the pacman's open mouth towards the passengers fender and the pin towards the back of the car 90 degrees just next to the center pacman is pin 19 they are labeled too) a pair of needle nose shorting these two pins, 3 seconds for oil reset and 11 seconds for inspection reset with the key in position 2 will do the same as anything you can construct or buy. If you are nervous about shorting the wrong one you should make some type of idiot proof tool but this could be difficult. Good luck!
PS. I got all of this off the link mentioned on the other guys post and have been doing it for years.
