Easy to do, dont forget to put some copper grease on the back of the pads to stop them squealing. No need to bleed the brakes afterwards but do take some fluid out of the reservoir as when you put the new pads in you need to push the pistons back in (hard to do, I carefully use a small portable vice) and it makes the fluid level rise quite a bit.
The allen key to remove the caliper bolts is a common ford fitment (8mm I believe). As regards to pads I use pagid fast roads pads, they are pretty good, however EBC greenstuff is much better (used lots in the UK) but most USA people rave about PBR metalmasters???.
